Our sales rep was business-like, but also casual at the same time, which made my wife and I very comfortable.  From the start of sale, was always available to discuss concerns or to show us other model homes.  The friendliness of your entire staff and the will to please the customer was extremely commendable.  This showed us right away that Flood Homes would make us welcome in their community.

We used to live close by on Townline Road, but the lot became too big to take care of.  We chose Edgewater because of the location, the cleanliness and the lot sizes.  We still have a yard and it’s the right size for us.

We looked at a lot of models and really wanted a Fairmont and the price was right from Flood Homes.  They were able to give us exactly what we were looking for.  We sold out home in 1 day and had nowhere to go so Flood Homes did everything they could to get us moved in as soon as possible.  They even built the garage first so we could store our things and only have to move once.  Our home was ready in 6 weeks and included everything from start to finish.  There were no additional costs.  We moved up here from Germantown (WI) and find everything to be first class in the community, from the neighbors to the staff at Flood Homes.  We can’t say enough about the place.

The main reason we were looking to move is because we needed a single-level home.  After looking at 99 houses in the area, we fell in love with the home in Edgewater, the residents and the people at Flood Homes.  The price was excellent and it was exactly what we were looking for.
